Description

These crunchy chocolate and puffed rice bars are a delicious and very simple idea to prepare, perfect for a tasty snack or a small indulgence. I often prepare them when I want something sweet but I don't have much time available. The dark chocolate melts, enveloping the puffed rice in a crunchy embrace, enriched by a touch of butter and honey that makes them irresistible. Ideal to prepare with children, these bars are a guaranteed success! They keep well for a few days, ready to be enjoyed at any time.

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 30 g Butter
  • 30 g Honey
  • 80 g Puffed rice

Chocolate, butter and honey in the bowl

Put 150g dark chocolate in pieces, 30g butter and 30g honey in the bowl.

Melt the ingredients

Melt the chocolate, butter and honey by setting 3 Min./50°C/Stufe 2. At the end, check that the mixture is homogeneous. If necessary, extend by a few seconds.

Add the puffed rice

Thermomix® Setting
20 Sec./Speed 2/Linkslauf Reverse

Add 80g puffed rice to the bowl and mix gently with the spatula to mix the rice well with the melted chocolate.

Transfer the mixture

Line a square mold (about 20x20 cm) with wet and squeezed parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the mold and level with a spatula.

Cool and cut

Leave to cool at room temperature for at least an hour. Once cooled, cut the mixture into bars of the desired size with a sharp knife.
