Description
This vineyard peach leaves liqueur is a real insider tip! I make it every year in summer when the leaves are fresh. The recipe is super simple and the liqueur tastes wonderfully fruity and slightly bitter. Perfect as an aperitif or digestif after a nice meal. It's also great as a gift because it's something very special. Preparation is very simple and requires only a few ingredients. An absolute must for all liqueur lovers!
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

10 morceaux sugar
-
0.5 verre eau de vie
-
50 feuilles vineyard peach
-
75 cl rosé wine
Preparation (3 steps)
Chop sugar
Add 10 pieces of sugar to the mixing bowl and pulverize for 10 sec/speed 10.
Mix ingredients
Add ½ glass Eau de Vie, 50 vineyard peach leaves and 75 cl rosé wine to the mixing bowl and mix for 5 sec/speed 3.
Let rest
Pour the mixture into a bottle and let it steep in a cool, dark place for at least 24 hours (preferably 48 hours). Filter before serving.
