Description

This dish is a real all-rounder! Juicy fish fillet, enveloped in an aromatic bell pepper-onion sauce - simple, quick and incredibly delicious. I like to make it when I need something quick, but still want something healthy on the table. The sweetness of the bell pepper harmonizes wonderfully with the mild fish. Rice, potatoes or pasta go well with it. If you like it a little spicier, you can add an extra pinch of chili. An absolute favorite recipe for the whole family!
