Description

This chicken and vegetable stuffed naan is an explosion of flavors! I love preparing this dish for a quick lunch or brunch with friends. The chicken, peppers and onion, all enhanced by tandoori and curry spices, are a real treat. The creamy curry sauce adds a smooth and fragrant touch. It is a simple dish to make, perfect for a convivial and tasty meal. Feel free to add other vegetables according to your desires! A dish that warms the heart and taste buds.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 4 piece Naan bread
  • 300 g Chicken breast(s)
  • 1 piece Red pepper(s)
  • 1 piece Green pepper(s)
  • 1 piece Onion(s)
  • 1 piece Tomato(es)
  • 20 cl Fresh cream
  • 1 c. à café Curry powder
  • 1 c. à café Tandoori spices
  • 3 c. à soupe Olive oil
  • to taste Coriander
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Preparation of vegetables

Thermomix® Setting

Cut the red pepper, green pepper, onion and tomato into pieces. Put all the vegetables in the Thermomix bowl and mix for 5 Sek./Stufe 5.

Cooking the vegetables

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the vegetables in the Thermomix bowl and cook for 5 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Preparing the chicken

Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes. In a pan, brown the chicken cubes for about 5 minutes until cooked. Salt and pepper. Set aside in a container.

Preparing the curry sauce

Thermomix® Setting
4 min/194°F/Speed 2 90

In the Thermomix bowl, pour in the fresh cream, curry powder and tandoori spices. Salt and pepper. Heat for 4 Min./90°C/Stufe 2.

Assembling the naans

Reheat the naans for a few minutes. Cut the naans in half. Mix the cooked chicken with the cooked vegetables. Distribute the vegetable/chicken preparation in each naan and top with curry sauce. Add a few chopped coriander leaves.
