  • 9 Stück Chocolate Kisses
  • 250 g Quark
  • 0.25 l Cream
  • 1 EL Lemon Juice
  • 1 Stück Cake Base (Sponge Cake)

Whip cream

Pour 1/4 l cream into the mixing bowl and whip with the butterfly whisk for 2 min./speed 3.5 until stiff. Transfer and set aside.

Prepare wafers

Take 9-12 chocolate kisses and separate the wafers from the chocolate. Set the wafers aside.

Prepare quark-cream mixture

20 sec/Speed 3

Put 250 g quark, the separated chocolate kisses and 1 tbsp lemon juice into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.

Chill

Fold in the quark-cream mixture and chill for at least 1 hour.

Cover cake base

Then spread the chilled mixture either on a ready-made or a homemade cake base. A sponge cake base is best.

Decorate

Distribute the wafers on the cake as a garnish.
