Description

These new potatoes with rosemary are a simple but delicious side dish, perfect for accompanying any main course. The potatoes are seasoned with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper, and then cooked in the air fryer basket until golden brown. The result is a flavorful and fragrant side dish, ideal for a family dinner or a lunch with friends. The preparation is really quick and with the Thermomix® it becomes even simpler and more practical. An excellent alternative to classic baked potatoes!

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

1 kg potatoes
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried rosemary
pepper
fine salt

Preparation (3 steps)

Potato preparation

Pour 1 kg of whole potatoes into a large bowl. Season with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary, pepper to taste and fine salt to taste. Mix well with your hands to ensure that all the potatoes are well seasoned.

Cooking the potatoes

Arrange the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook at 180°C for 30 minutes, turning the potatoes halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking.
