Description

This apple-rum punch is a refreshing drink, ideal for autumnal parties or cozy evenings. Prepared with apple juice, sugar, vanilla sugar, bitter almond oil and rum, it is easy to prepare and only needs to be refrigerated. The punch is perfect for anyone looking for a fruity and aromatic drink. The preparation time is about 15 minutes, plus 24 hours cooling time.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 1.5 l Apple juice, clear
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 4 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 8 Tropfen Bitter almond oil
  • 0.7 l Rum (54%)

Boil apple juice, sugar and vanilla sugar

Add 1.5 l apple juice, 250 g sugar and 4 packets of vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl and cook for 10 min./100°C/speed 2.

Let cool

Let the apple juice-sugar mix cool for about 1 hour.

Add bitter almond oil and rum

Add 8 drops of bitter almond oil and 1 bottle of rum (0.7 l) to the cooled apple juice-sugar mix and mix well. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
