  • 500 g Pasta
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 1 EL Oil
  • 1 kg Butternut squash or Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper
  • 1 Prise Nutmeg
  • 1 TL Thyme, dried
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 nach Bedarf Parmesan, grated

Chop the onion

Peel and halve the onion, then add it to the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Prepare and add pumpkin

Peel, deseed, and cut the pumpkin into approx. 1 cm cubes. Add the pumpkin cubes to the mixing bowl.

Add vegetable broth and spices

Add vegetable broth, salt, pepper, nutmeg and thyme.

Cook pumpkin

Season the sauce

Season the sauce with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Mix in pasta

Add cooked pasta to the mixing bowl and mix in for 2 min./Reverse speed/speed 1.

Serve

Serve the pasta with pumpkin sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
