Description
These Nutella Muffins are a delicious treat for every chocolate lover. The simple recipe is quick to prepare and yields juicy muffins with an intense hazelnut-nougat flavor. Ideal for birthdays, parties or simply as a sweet treat with coffee. Preparation takes about 40 minutes and yields 12 servings. Perfect for those who like it uncomplicated and chocolatey.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

200 g Sugar

125 ml Oil

125 ml Milk

200 g Flour
-
25 g Cocoa
-
2 TL Baking powder

150 g Hazelnut nougat cream
Preparation (6 steps)
Beat sugar and eggs until fluffy
Put 200 g sugar and 2 eggs into the mixing bowl and beat for 3 min./level 4.
Add oil and milk
Add 125 ml oil and 125 ml milk and stir for 20 sec./level 3.
Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder
Add 200 g flour, 25 g cocoa and 2 tsp baking powder to the mixing bowl and stir for 30 sec./level 4.
Stir in Nutella
Add 150 g hazelnut nougat cream and stir in for 20 sec./level 3 Reverse rotation. Use the spatula to push down from the edge and repeat if necessary.
Fill dough into muffin tins
Fill the dough into 12 muffin tins.
Bake muffins
Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 175°C top/bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.
