Description

This Indian curry soup from the Thermomix® is a hearty main course with turkey breast, curry and peaches. Mushrooms and peas complement the Asian note. In about 80 minutes, a warming meal for 4 servings is created. Ideal for lovers of light but filling cuisine. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes about 20 minutes.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 500 g Turkey breast
  • 3 EL Soy sauce
  • 1 EL Curry
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 kl. Canned peaches
  • 1 Glas Mushrooms, sliced
  • 150 g Peas, frozen
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 1 Pck. Sauce powder (curry sauce, for 250 ml water)
  • 100 ml Ketchup
  • 450 ml Vegetable broth

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare turkey breast

Cut the turkey breast into cubes. Fry in a separate pan and set aside.

Mix ingredients

Add soy sauce, curry, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl and mix for 5 sec./speed 3.

Add more ingredients

Dice the peaches and add to the mixing bowl together with the drained mushrooms and frozen peas. Also add the fried turkey breast.

Prepare sauce base

Add cream, vegetable broth, curry sauce powder and ketchup to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.

Let the soup simmer

Put the lid on and let the soup simmer for 60 min./100°C/speed 1.

Season the soup with salt, pepper and curry and, if necessary, let it simmer for a further 5 min./100°C/speed 1.
