400 g Milk

140 g Flour

40 g Sugar

1 Pck. Vanilla sugar

Powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar for sprinkling
Preparation (7 steps)
Mix milk and eggs
Place milk and eggs in the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 3.
Add remaining ingredients and mix
Add flour, sugar and vanilla sugar and mix for 30 sec/speed 4 to form a smooth batter.
Let the dough rest
Then let the dough rest in the mixing bowl for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat.
Prepare the dish and pour in the batter
Grease the large round stone generously with fat that can be heated to a high temperature (e.g. clarified butter). Pour the batter onto it.
Baking
Bake the batter on the lowest rack on the wire rack for 20-25 minutes.
Serve
After baking, place on a wire rack. Serve with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar.
