Description
Oladushki, Russian pancakes, are quick to prepare with the Thermomix®. This recipe uses egg, kefir, flour, sugar, and baking powder. In just 20 minutes, you'll have about 20 fluffy pancakes. Ideal as a sweet breakfast or dessert for the whole family.
Ingredients (7 ingredients)

250 g Kefir

4 TL Baking powder

50 g Sugar

0.5 TL Salt

260 g Flour

Oil for frying
Preparation (7 steps)
Mix egg
Place the egg in the mixing bowl and mix for 15 sec/speed 3.
Add kefir
Add kefir and mix for 15 sec/speed 4.
Add baking powder
Add baking powder and mix for 15 sec/ speed 4.
Add sugar, salt and flour
Add sugar, salt, and flour and mix for 30 sec/speed 5.
Scrape the batter from the edge and mix again
Use the spatula to scrape everything down from the edge of the mixing bowl and mix again for 10 sec/ speed 5.
Prepare pan
Add oil to the pan so that the surface is covered and let it heat up.
Fry pancakes
Add one tablespoon of batter to the pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Finished cooking? Great! 🎉
