Ingredients (14 ingredients)

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 150 g Onion
  • 2 piece Garlic
  • 3 piece Bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 500 g Sieved tomatoes
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Thyme

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Put onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. Push down with the spatula. Add garlic and chop for 3 sec./level 7. Push down with the spatula.

Brown minced meat crumbly in a separate pan.

Add minced meat, tomato paste and spices

Add browned minced meat, tomato paste, salt, pepper, paprika powder, oregano and thyme to the mixing bowl and mix for 5 min./100°C/reverse rotation level 1.

Add sieved tomatoes and cream and simmer for 5 min./90°C/reverse rotation level 1.
