Description

This red snapper recipe is a delightful way to enjoy a light and flavorful meal. The citrus-ginger marinade, made with fresh lemon juice, rice wine vinegar, and a hint of honey, perfectly complements the delicate taste of the fish. I've been making this dish for years, and it's always a hit! It's quick enough for a weeknight dinner but also elegant enough for a special occasion. The marinade is easily prepared in the Thermomix®, making the whole process even simpler. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or rice for a complete and healthy meal.
