Hearty wholemeal spelt bread, baked in the oven.

  • 500 g Spelt wholemeal flour
  • 200 g Grains (e.g. sunflower seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 10 g Fresh yeast
  • 500 g Water
  • 4 tbsp White balsamic vinegar

Let dough rise

Let the dough rise for at least 1.5 - 2 hours.

Bake bread

Then put the dough in a greased tin and press evenly with the spatula. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 60 minutes.
