Easy spelt bread with yogurt.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

100 ml Milk of your choice
150 g Yogurt
3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
100 ml Sparkling water
1 tbsp Honey
500 g Spelt flour type 630
16 g Baking powder
1 tsp Salt

Preparation (3 steps)

Mix liquid ingredients

Add milk, yogurt, apple cider vinegar and honey to the mixing bowl and mix. 100 ml Milk 150 g Yogurt 3 EL Apple cider vinegar 1 EL Honey

Add spelt flour, sparkling water, baking powder and salt to the mixing bowl and process into a dough. 500 g Spelt flour type 630 100 ml Sparkling water 16 g Baking powder 1 TL Salt

Let the dough rise and bake

Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan and dust with a little flour. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 200°C top and bottom heat.
