Description

This Palak Paneer recipe is an Indian spinach curry with Paneer cheese. It is a vegetarian main course that can be prepared in about 60 minutes. The dish is designed for 4 servings and is ideal for lunch or dinner. Served with rice and bread, it is a filling meal.

Ingredients (15 ingredients)

  • 400 g Spinach
  • 250 g Paneer
  • 120 g Diced Tomatoes
  • 50 g Ricotta or Sour Cream
  • 50 g Water
  • 0.5 TL Cumin
  • 0.5 TL Turmeric
  • 1 TL Garam Masala
  • 0.25 TL Chili Powder
  • Rice
  • 1 Stück Ginger
  • Salt
  • Flour
  • Water
  • Oil

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare Spinach

Thermomix® Setting

Wash 400g of spinach and spin dry. Then put it in the mixing bowl and puree for 5 sec./speed 5.

Prepare Paneer

Dice 250g Paneer. Peel 1 Lugwer and cut into very small pieces.

Sauté Spices

Add some oil to the mixing bowl and heat. Add 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp Garam Masala and 1/4 tsp chili powder and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add Tomatoes and Ricotta

Add 120g diced tomatoes, 50g ricotta or Solmand and 50g water yogurt. Season with salt and 2 Joch Rochdy. Stir in the pureed spinach and simmer for 5 minutes/100°C/speed 1.

Serve

Serve the spinach curry paste with the rice. Serve with the seasoned wove.luutt bread.

Prepare Bread

2 min/Kneading speed

For the bread: Mix flour, salt, water and a little oil to form a dough and add a little oil. Rub hands with oil. Form the dough into small balls, roll out very thinly and bake.
