  • 1 piece Small cauliflower
  • 0.5 piece Broccoli
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt

Preparation of the vegetables

Wash and cut the small cauliflower into pieces. Do the same with half a unit of broccoli, cutting it into smaller pieces to facilitate cooking.

Cooking the vegetables

Place the cauliflower and broccoli in the simmering basket. Pour 700 ml of water into the bowl. Insert the simmering basket and program 10 Min./Varoma/Stufe 1.

Crush the vegetables

Remove the simmering basket with the help of the spatula and empty the water from the bowl. Place the cooked cauliflower and broccoli in the bowl and crush 10 Seg./Stufe 5. Lower the remains from the walls of the bowl with the spatula.

Remove excess water

Pour the crushed vegetables into a clean kitchen towel and squeeze to remove as much water as possible. This step is crucial to obtain a firm dough.

Mix the ingredients

Place the squeezed vegetables in the bowl. Add the egg, a pinch of garlic powder, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of salt. Mix 15 Seg./Stufe 4.

Spread the dough

Spread the dough on a baking tray covered with greased baking paper. Flatten well with a spatula, leaving it uniform and with rounded edges.

Bake the pizza base

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown.
