Description
These coffee sticks are a fine pastry from the Thermomix® with butter, sugar, flour and instant coffee. The preparation of the cookies takes about 60 minutes, of which 30 minutes are active working time. The recipe is ideal as finger food or dessert, especially during the Christmas season. Perfect for coffee lovers and festive occasions.

500 g Butter

300 g Sugar

Vanilla sugar

Grated lemon peel

4 Stück Eggs

650 g Flour

3 EL Ground instant coffee
Preparation (4 steps)
Mix butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy
Put 500 g butter, 300 g sugar, vanilla sugar and grated lemon peel in the mixing bowl and mix for 3 min./level 4 until fluffy.
Add eggs
Gradually add 4 eggs and stir for 1 min./level 3.
Fold in flour and coffee
Add 650 g flour and 3 tbsp ground instant coffee and fold in for 2 min./kneading stage.
Baking
Shape the dough into sticks and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C convection until light.
