250 g Curd cheese

80 g Sugar

1 Päckchen Vanilla sugar

1 Stück Egg

50 ml Oil

150 g Flour

Icing sugar for sprinkling
Preparation (4 steps)
Mix ingredients
Add 250 g curd cheese, 80 g sugar, 1 packet vanilla sugar, 1 egg, 50 ml oil and 150 g flour to the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./speed 4.
Shape dough
Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and form into small balls with floured hands.
Bake balls
Place the shaped balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
Decorate balls
After baking, sprinkle the curd cheese balls with icing sugar.
