Description

Simple and quick recipe for toasted rye bread with cheese, topped with your favorite meat.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 2 Scheiben Rye bread
  • 1 EL Butter
  • 2 Scheiben Salami or cooked ham or normal ham or bologna sausage
  • 1 Scheibe Cheese
  • 1 Prise Paprika powder
  • 1 Prise Garlic powder

Preparation (4 steps)

Toast bread

Toast two slices of rye bread.

Fry meat (external)

Fry salami, cooked ham, normal ham or bologna sausage in a separate pan.

Top bread

Spread the toasted slices of bread with butter. Place the fried meat and a slice of cheese on the bread. Sprinkle with paprika powder and garlic powder.

Melt cheese (oven)

Bake the topped bread in the oven until the cheese is melted.
