Description

This Ciabatta Bread recipe is easy to prepare and ideal for bread lovers. With just a few ingredients such as wheat flour, dry yeast and oil, a delicious bread is created. The preparation time is 2 hours and 40 minutes. Perfect as a side dish or for sandwiches.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 20 ml Oil
  • 400 g Wheat flour
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 Pck Dry yeast
  • 1 TL Sugar
  • 30 ml Water
  • Butter

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting

Add 30ml water, 20ml oil, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar to the mixing bowl and heat for 2 min./37°C/speed 2.

Add dry yeast and flour

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Kneading speed

Add 1 packet of dry yeast and 400g wheat flour to the mixing bowl. Insert Patix dough knife instead of the standard knife and knead for 2 min./kneading level to obtain a uniform dough structure.

Let the dough rise

Let the dough rise in the mixing bowl for 1 hour.

Prepare baking tin and fill in dough

Grease a camping baking tin with some butter and pour in the dough.

Let the dough rest

Cover the dough again and let it rest for another 30 minutes.

Pre-bake bread and finish baking

Then pre-bake the dough at high heat for 2 minutes. Then let it finish baking at low heat for 40 minutes.

Let the bread cool

Let the bread cool before serving and serve.
