Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 70 g Parmesan, in pieces
  • 40 g Parsley leaves plus some for garnish
  • 5 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 500 g Cream
  • Salt
  • 3 Stück Pinches of pepper
  • 15 g Starch
  • 500 g Spaghetti

Chop the Parmesan

Place 70 g of Parmesan in pieces into the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec/speed 8 and transfer.

Chop the parsley

Place 40 g of parsley leaves into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 8 and transfer.

Chop the garlic

Place 5 garlic cloves into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Sauté the garlic

Add 2 tbsp of olive oil and sauté for 4 min./100°C/speed 1.

Simmer the sauce

Add 500 g cream, ½ tsp salt, 3 pinches of pepper, parsley and Parmesan and simmer for 7 min./100°C/speed 2 without the measuring cup.

Thicken the sauce

Stir 15 g of starch with 1 tbsp of water until smooth and add through the lid opening after 5 min. 2 min./100°C/speed 2

Prepare the spaghetti

Meanwhile, cook 500 g of spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente and drain. Mix the spaghetti with the sauce and serve.
