Description

This creamy pasta with mushrooms and bacon is a real comforting delight, perfect for a quick and tasty dinner. I love preparing this dish, especially in autumn when the mushrooms are at their peak. The fresh cream provides an irresistible smoothness, while the bacon adds a smoky and delicious touch. It is a simple dish to make with the Thermomix®, ideal for evenings when you have little time but want to treat yourself. Feel free to add a pinch of nutmeg to intensify the flavors. A real treat for the whole family!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 500 g of pasta
  • 200 g of whole Paris mushrooms
  • 1 poignée of bacon
  • 25 cl of fresh cream
  • 2 c. à c. of white wine
  • 2 c. à c. of oil
  • 1 c. à c. of veal stock
  • 2 gousses of garlic

Preparation (5 steps)

Garlic and mushrooms

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Put 2 cloves of garlic in the bowl and chop 3 Sec./Level 7. Add 2 tsp of oil and 200 g of whole Paris mushrooms. Sauté 5 Min./120°C/Level 1.

Deglaze with white wine

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add 2 tsp of white wine and let reduce 2 Min./100°C/Level 1 without the measuring cup.

Add the cream and veal stock

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/194°F/Speed 1 90

Add 25 cl of fresh cream and 1 tsp of veal stock. Simmer 5 Min./90°C/Level 1.

Cook the pasta

Meanwhile, cook 500 g of pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water, 1 minute less than the time indicated on the package. Drain the pasta, reserving some of the cooking water.

Add the bacon and pasta

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Linkslauf/Speed 1 Reverse

Sauté 1 handful of bacon in a pan. Add the cooked bacon and drained pasta to the bowl with the sauce. Mix gently 20 Sec./Reverse rotation/Level 1, adding a little cooking water if necessary to coat the pasta well.
