Description
This zebra cake, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a classic marble cake for the whole family. The main ingredients are eggs, sugar, flour, oil and cocoa. With a preparation time of 65 minutes, the recipe yields one cake. Ideal for coffee parties or as a sweet treat in between.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

325 g Sugar

1 cup Water lukewarm

350 g Flour

1 Pck. Baking powder

1 Pck. Vanilla sugar

1 cup Oil

3 tbsp Cocoa
Preparation (6 steps)
Beat eggs, water and sugar
Add egg yolks, 1 cup of water and 250 g of sugar to the mixing bowl and beat until frothy.
Beat egg whites
Add egg whites and remaining sugar to the mixing bowl and beat until stiff. Insert butterfly.
Fold in egg whites
Carefully fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
Divide dough
Divide dough into two halves. Mix one half with cocoa.
Fill cake tin
Alternately add 1 spoonful of light and 1 spoonful of dark dough full into the middle of a cake tin. Let dough run apart.
Baking
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 45 minutes.
