Description
This simple chocolate cake is a classic for any occasion. With few ingredients and quick preparation in the Thermomix®, it is ideal for spontaneous visits or as a sweet surprise. The cake is moist and chocolatey and is perfect as a dessert or with coffee. The preparation time is about 55 minutes.
Ingredients (7 ingredients)

250 g Butter

0.25 ltr Sour cream

300 gr Sugar

300 gr Flour

50 gr Cocoa

1.5 TL Baking powder
Preparation (4 steps)
Mix sugar and eggs
Add 300 g sugar and 4 eggs to the mixing bowl and mix for 3 min./level 4.
Add butter and sour cream
Add 250 g butter and 1/4 l sour cream to the mixing bowl and mix for 1 min./level 3.
Mix flour and cocoa and add
Add 300 g flour, 50 g cocoa and 1-2 tsp baking powder to the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./level 3.
Baking
Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approx. 35 minutes.
