Description

Festive vegan matcha cookies for Christmas or winter time.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

200 g Wheat flour Type 405
10 g Green tea Japanese Matcha
210 g Powdered sugar
130 g Vegan margarine
2 EL Oat drink
2 EL Lemon juice

Preparation (7 steps)

Mix dry ingredients

15 sec/Speed 4

Place 200 g wheat flour type 405, 10 g green tea Japanese matcha and 70 g powdered sugar in the mixing bowl and mix for 15 sec./speed 4.

Knead the dough

Thermomix® Setting

2 min/Kneading speed

Add 130 g vegan margarine and 2 tablespoons oat drink and process into a dough for 2 min./kneading stage.

Chill the dough

Form the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 60 minutes.

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.

Bake cookies

Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out fir trees. Place the fir trees on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for approx. 15 minutes.
