Description

Baked potatoes in aluminum foil are a simple and hearty dish from the Thermomix®, ideal for student cuisine. The main ingredients are floury potatoes and olive oil, refined with salt and pepper. The preparation takes a total of 70 minutes, with the active working time being only 15 minutes. The recipe is vegetarian, gluten-free and yields 4 servings, perfect as a main course or side dish.

  • 4 Stück large potatoes - floury
  • 4 TL refined olive oil
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper

Preparation (5 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat. This is a preparation step without Thermomix setting.

Prepare aluminum foil

Cut 4 squares of aluminum foil to wrap the potatoes. This is a preparation step without Thermomix setting.

Prepare potatoes

Wash and pat dry 4 large, floury potatoes well. Then prick the potatoes several times with a fork. This is a preparation step without Thermomix setting.

Season potatoes

Place the prepared potatoes on a piece of aluminum foil. Add 4 tsp of refined olive oil to the mixing bowl and mix for 3 sec./speed 3. Brush the potatoes with the seasoned oil and season with salt and pepper.

Wrap and bake potatoes

Wrap the potatoes tightly in the aluminum foil and bake on the middle rack in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes. This is a baking process and is not done in the Thermomix.
