Description
This Thermomix® yeast dough with butter, milk, sugar, eggs and flour is the basis for apple pie, Hanklich or sweet snails. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes about 20 minutes of work with a total time of 140 minutes. The recipe yields one portion of yeast dough. Ideal for simple cakes and sweet desserts.

500 g Flour
Preparation (4 steps)
Prepare ingredients
Melt butter.
Knead dough
Add melted butter, milk, sugar, eggs, salt and yeast to the mixing bowl. Stir for 2 min./37°C/speed 2. Add flour and knead for 3 min./kneading stage.
Let the dough rise
Let the dough rise in the mixing bowl for about 2 hours at 37°C until it has increased significantly in size.
Bake
Process the dough as desired (apple pie, Hanklich, snails) and bake at 180°C top/bottom heat. The baking time varies depending on the pastry.
