Description

This pizza dough recipe is a classic in my kitchen. I have been making it for years and it always turns out perfect, fluffy and delicious. Ideal for an informal dinner with friends or for a birthday. The key is in the dry yeast and the resting time, which allows the dough to develop all its flavor and texture. Dare to prepare it and you will see how easy it is to make your own pizza at home! You can customize it with your favorite ingredients, from mozzarella and tomato to mushrooms and ham. The possibilities are endless! Also, it is a very economical recipe and perfect for making with children.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 1 kilogramo strong flour
  • 700 centímetros cúbicos warm water
  • 3 cucharadas soperas oil
  • 1 cucharada postre salt
  • 1 packet dry yeast (10 grams)
  • 200 gramos mozzarella cheese
  • tomato (optional)
  • basil (optional)
  • chopped egg (optional)
  • tomato sauce (optional)

Preparation (6 steps)

Mix flour and salt

Place 1 kilogram of strong flour and 1 dessert spoon of salt in the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 5 seconds/Stufe 4.

Add water, yeast and oil

Add 500 cubic centimeters of warm water, 1 sachet (10 grams) of dry yeast and 3 tablespoons of oil to the bowl. Mix for 30 seconds/Stufe 3.

Knead the dough

2 min/Kneading speed

Knead the dough for 2 minutes/Knetstufe. If the dough is too dry, gradually add the rest of the warm water (200 cubic centimeters) through the spout while kneading.

Resting of the dough

Remove the dough from the bowl and place it in a floured container. Cover and reserve in a warm place without drafts for 40 to 60 minutes, or until it doubles in size.

Divide and stretch the dough

Preheat the oven to 200-220 ºC. Divide the dough into 3 equal balls. Roll out each ball with a rolling pin and then with your hands until you get the desired size. Place each dough on a greased baking sheet.

Bake the pizza

Cover the dough with tomato sauce (optional) and bake for 10 minutes. Then, add 200 grams of mozzarella cheese per pizza and the desired ingredients (tomato, basil, chopped egg, etc.). Bake for 5-10 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
