200 g Pasta
Preparation (7 steps)
Chop onion and garlic
Place the onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down the sides with the spatula. Add garlic and chop for 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.
Sauté onion and garlic
Add oil and sauté for 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
Add mushrooms
Add sliced mushrooms to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec/speed 4. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.
Cook mushrooms
Add vegetable broth, salt and pepper and cook for 5 min/100°C/speed 1.
Add cream and cream cheese
Add cream and cream cheese and simmer for 3 min/90°C/speed 2.
Season the sauce
Add parsley and stir in for 5 sec/speed 3/reverse.
Serve pasta
Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and serve.
