Description
These paws are a traditional pastry that is particularly popular during the Christmas season. The recipe is easy to prepare and is well suited for the whole family. The paws are baked in the oven and are a delicious treat with coffee or tea. They are ideal for festive occasions or simply as a sweet treat in between.
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

100 dag Almonds

250 dag Thea

20 dag Sugar

2 Stück Eggs

35 dag Flour

Preparation (3 steps)
Chop almonds
Put 100 g almonds in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec./speed 10. Transfer.
Prepare dough
Put 250 g Thea, 200 g sugar, 2 eggs, 350 g flour and 2 level tsp baking powder in the mixing bowl and process into a dough for 2 min./kneading stage.
Form and bake paws
Form paws from the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 12-15 minutes.
