Description
With the Thermomix®, chocolate cornflake piles are made in no time at all. This simple recipe for the confectionery category requires only couverture and cornflakes. In just 25 minutes, about 20 servings of the popular finger food are created. Ideal as a quick snack, Christmas dessert or for sweet tooths who like it uncomplicated.

400 g Couverture Whole Milk

200 g Cornflakes
Preparation (5 steps)
Chop couverture
Place 400 g of whole milk couverture in pieces in the mixing bowl and chop for 8 sec./speed 8. If necessary, push down with the spatula and repeat the process.
Melt couverture
Melt the chopped couverture in the mixing bowl for 4 min./50°C/speed 2.
Mix cornflakes
Place 200 g of cornflakes in a bowl. Add the melted couverture from the mixing bowl to the cornflakes and mix carefully until all cornflakes are covered with chocolate.
Form piles
Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Use a teaspoon to place small piles of the cornflake chocolate mixture on the baking paper.
Let harden
Place the baking sheet with the chocolate cornflake piles in the refrigerator for approx. 10 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.
