Description

"Mushroom Pizza with Buffalo Mozzarella" relies on flour, dry yeast, sugar, pepper, salt for a harmonious aroma. The dish is ready to serve in about 120 minutes.   • 400 g Flour
  • 7 g Dry yeast
  • 1 Prise Sugar
  • 1 Prise Pepper
  • 0.5 TL Salt
  • 10 g Porcini mushrooms
  • 125 g Buffalo mozzarella
  • 500 g Small button mushrooms
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • nach Geschmack Rocket
  • nach Geschmack Parsley
  • nach Geschmack Flour
  • 250 ml Warm water

Preparation (9 steps)

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting

Add 400 g flour, 7 g dry yeast, 1 pinch sugar and 0.5 tsp salt to the mixing bowl and knead for 2 min./kneading stage to form a dough. Slowly add 250 ml warm water while kneading.

Let the dough rise

Place the dough in an oiled bowl and let it rise, covered, in a warm place for approx. 1 hour.

Soak porcini mushrooms

Pour boiling water over 10 g porcini mushrooms and let them steep for approx. 10 minutes until the mushrooms are soft. Drain, collect the liquid and use it for other purposes.

Prepare mozzarella

Drain 125 g buffalo mozzarella and cut into thin slices.

Prepare button mushrooms

Clean 500 g small button mushrooms, leave small mushrooms whole and cut larger ones into slices.

Prepare garlic oil

Thermomix® Setting

Place 1 clove of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Top pizza

Roll out the dough on a floured work surface into two large or four small ovals. Brush with the garlic oil. Top with mozzarella, button mushrooms and porcini mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake pizza

Place one pizza on a baking tray brushed with oil. Bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 240 °C/convection oven 220 °C) for 7-10 minutes until the base is crispy and browned. Bake the remaining pizzas in the same way.

Garnish pizza

Sprinkle the finished pizzas with rocket and parsley leaves.
