Description

This pineapple pizza is a real classic that simply puts you in a good mood! The slightly sweet taste of the pineapple harmonizes wonderfully with the salty ham and the spicy cheese. I especially like to make it when I need something quick or for a casual party with friends. The dough is prepared in no time in the Thermomix® and while it rises, you can prepare the rest of the ingredients. A little tip: Don't use too much tomato sauce so that the pizza becomes nice and crispy. If you like, you can sprinkle a few fresh herbs such as basil or oregano on top. It just tastes delicious!

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 25 g Fresh yeast
  • 250 ml Water, lukewarm
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 can Pineapple
  • 200 g Pizza cheese
  • 250 g Ham
  • 1 can Tomato sauce

Prepare yeast dough

Add 500 g flour, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar to the mixing bowl. Crumble and add 25 g fresh yeast. Add 250 ml lukewarm water and 1 tbsp olive oil and process into a yeast dough for 2 min./kneading stage.

Let the dough rise

Shape the dough into a ball and let it rise covered in a bowl in a warm place for about 20 minutes.

Prepare pineapple

While the dough is rising, drain the canned pineapple well.

Top pizza

Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread 1 can of tomato sauce sparingly on the dough. Distribute 250 g ham and the drained pineapple on top. Finally, sprinkle about 150-200 g of pizza cheese over it.

Bake pizza

Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 180 °C circulating air for about 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
