Description
Tuna pizza recipe.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

260 g Tuna in its own juice (drained weight)

2 Stück Eggs (size M)

200 ml Pizza sauce
-
1 Stück red Onion (small)
-
1 Stück yellow Bell pepper
-
10 Stück black Olives
-
80 g grated Mozzarella
-
1 Prise Basil for garnish
Preparation (7 steps)
Prepare tuna
Drain 2 cans of tuna (130 g drained weight each) and squeeze out the liquid.
Prepare tuna dough
Put the drained tuna and 2 eggs (size M) in the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 4.
Pre-bake tuna base
Form two round pizza dough patties from the dough and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for 15 minutes.
Chop onions
Halve 1 small red onion and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./speed 5.
Prepare peppers and olives
Cut 1 yellow bell pepper into strips and halve 10 black olives.
Top pizza
Spread 200 ml pizza sauce on the pre-baked tuna bases and top with the onions, peppers, olives and 80 g grated mozzarella.
Bake pizza until done
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for another 20 minutes.
