Description

This quark pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella is a high-protein and gluten-free main course from the Thermomix®. The main ingredients are low-fat quark, eggs, cheese, tomatoes and mozzarella. The low-carb recipe is ready in 42 minutes and makes 2 servings. Ideal for light, Mediterranean cuisine and as a healthy family meal.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 250 g Low-fat quark
  • 3 Stück Eggs
  • 150 g Grated cheese
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 200 ml Pizza sauce
  • 1 TL Oregano
  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 80 g Grated mozzarella
  • Basil

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 4

Put 250 g low-fat quark, 3 eggs, 150 g grated cheese, salt and pepper into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 4.

Shape and pre-bake pizzas

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat. Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and shape into 2 pizzas on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Prepare tomatoes

While the pizzas are pre-baking, halve 150 g of cherry tomatoes.

Top pizzas

Carefully turn the pre-baked pizza bases, then spread with 200 ml pizza sauce and season with 1 teaspoon of oregano. Then top with the halved tomatoes and 80 g of grated mozzarella.

Finish baking pizzas

Bake the topped pizzas in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the cheese has melted and is lightly browned.

Serve

Quarter the finished low carb pizzas and garnish with fresh basil.
