Description

Prepare a delicious pizza with ricotta, zucchini and mozzarella with the Thermomix®. This vegetarian main course with flour, ricotta, zucchini and mozzarella is ideal for summer parties or a simple family meal. Preparation takes a total of 135 minutes, with active working time being about 45 minutes. The recipe yields 4 servings.

  • Salt
  • 7 g Dry yeast
  • 2 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 250 g Ricotta
  • 1 Stück Small zucchini
  • 250 g Mozzarella
  • 50 g Grated Parmesan or vegetarian hard cheese
  • Herbs such as basil

Mix flour and salt

Add 500 g flour and salt to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec/speed 3.

Add 325 ml lukewarm water and 7 g dry yeast to the mixing bowl and stir for 2 min/37°C/speed 2.

Close the mixing bowl and knead for 2 min/kneading level.

Chop garlic

Add 2 garlic cloves to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 7.

10 sec/Speed 3

Add 250 g ricotta and salt to the garlic in the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec/speed 3.
