Description

This chicken and coriander pizza is a real treat! I love preparing it for a convivial dinner with friends or family. The dough, prepared with the Thermomix®, is incredibly soft and the topping, a tasty mixture of chicken, pepper, onion and fresh coriander, brings a touch of originality. The melting mozzarella perfects the whole. It is an easy recipe to make and always pleases, especially when you want a homemade pizza with a little touch of exoticism. Do not hesitate to vary the vegetables according to your tastes!

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 250 g flour
  • 15 cl lukewarm water
  • 0.5 packet baker's yeast
  • 1 c. à s. olive oil
  • 0.5 c. à c. salt or fine salt
  • 5 c. à s. tomato sauce
  • 0.5 piece red pepper
  • 0.5 piece onion
  • 1 piece chicken breast
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 1 bouquet coriander
  • salt or fine salt
  • pepper

Preparation of the pizza dough

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Kneading speed

Put 250 g of flour, 15 cl of lukewarm water, ½ sachet of baker's yeast, 1 tbsp of olive oil and ½ tsp of salt in the Thermomix bowl. Knead for 2 Min./Knetstufe.

Dough rest

Remove the dough from the bowl, form a ball and let it rest in a salad bowl covered with a tea towel for at least 1 hour in a warm place.

Preparation of ingredients

Meanwhile, cut ½ red pepper and ½ onion into thin strips. Cut 1 chicken breast into small pieces. Roughly chop 1 bunch of coriander. Cut 100 g of mozzarella into slices.

Oven preheating

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Pizza assembly

Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet. Spread 5 tbsp of tomato sauce on the dough. Spread the pepper, onion and chicken on the tomato sauce. Salt and pepper.

Pizza baking

Bake the pizza for 15 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven and spread the mozzarella and chopped coriander on top. Bake again for 5 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted and lightly golden.
