Description

This Chicago Style Protein Pizza is a light and delicious dish, ideal for a high-protein diet. Topped with wraps as a base, ham, cheese, salami and pizza sauce, it is quick to prepare and filling. Preparation takes about 25 minutes and yields 4 servings. Perfect for a quick meal or as a post-workout snack.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 4 Stück Wraps
  • 100 g Ham
  • 5 Stück Eggs
  • 200 g Cheese
  • 100 g Salami
  • 50 g Pizza Sauce

Put 5 eggs into the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./level 3.

Top and bake pizza

Roll up 4 wraps and cut into thin strips, mix 100 g of thinly sliced ham, the sliced 200 g of cheese and the eggs. Place the mixture in a round shape with 50 g pizza sauce and top with salami and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Then grill for 5 minutes until crispy.
