Description

This four seasons pizza is a delight that I often prepare at home. The combination of artichokes, prosciutto, mushrooms, and black olives on a homemade tomato base is simply irresistible. The dough, preferably homemade, gives it a special touch. It is perfect to share in an informal dinner or to enjoy a different lunch. The preparation is simple, although it requires a little time to cut and organize the ingredients. Go ahead and try it, you will love it! You can vary the ingredients according to your tastes, for example, adding peppers or changing the type of cheese. Enjoy!

Ingredients (15 ingredients)

  • 1 piece pizza base, preferably homemade
  • 5 piece canned artichoke hearts
  • prosciutto or serrano ham
  • fresh basil
  • 1 poco onion (optional)
  • 1 bola fresh mozzarella
  • 3 lonchasfinas provolone
  • Grana Padano cheese in flakes
  • 5 piece mushrooms (preferably Portobello)
  • 10 piece black olives
  • olive oil
  • dried oregano
  • dried basil
  • 1 bote pequeño DOUBLE concentrated tomato sauce (the 170 g one)
  • 0.5 container water

Ingredient preparation

Wash and slice the mushrooms. Cut the artichoke hearts into quarters and the black olives in half. Reserve.

Preparation of the tomato base

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 4

In the Thermomix bowl, add the tomato concentrate (170g), 1/2 glass of water, 1 tablespoon of dried oregano and 1 tablespoon of dried basil. Mix for 10 seconds at speed 4.

Assembly of the pizza

Extend the pizza base. Pour part of the tomato sauce over the base, reserving the rest. Distribute the fresh mozzarella in small pieces and the black olives in the first part of the pizza. In the second part, distribute fresh mozzarella and pieces of artichoke. In the third part, place the provolone slices and the laminated mushrooms. The fourth part is left only with the tomato sauce or with the remaining provolone cheese.

Baking the pizza

Preheat the oven to 210°C with heat above and below. Bake the pizza for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.

Final touches

Once baked, add the prosciutto or serrano ham and the Grana Padano cheese flakes on the part of the pizza that was left only with tomato. Drizzle with a splash of olive oil and decorate with fresh basil leaves.
