Description

This chocolate drink delight with marshmallows, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a warm dessert beverage with couverture, whole milk, and whipped cream. Refined with cinnamon and marshmallows, it's ready in 15 minutes. The recipe yields 4 servings and is ideal for the festive season or as a winter treat. Ingredients (7 ingredients)

200 g Couverture (dark or milk chocolate)
1 l Whole milk
200 g Whipping cream
0.5 TL Cinnamon
2 EL Sugar
1 EL Marshmallows (small)
1 EL Dark chocolate shavings

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop couverture

Thermomix® Setting

Roughly chop 200 g couverture (dark or milk chocolate) and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 5 sec./speed 5. If necessary, push down with the spatula.

Prepare milk mixture

Add 1 l whole milk, 0.5 tsp cinnamon and 2 tbsp sugar to the mixing bowl and heat for 8 min./90°C/speed 2.

Melt chocolate

Thermomix® Setting

2 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Add the chopped couverture to the milk mixture and stir for 2 min./50°C/speed 2 until the chocolate is completely melted.

Whip cream until stiff

Thermomix® Setting

2 min/Speed 3.5

Add 150 g whipping cream to the mixing bowl. Insert the butterfly whisk and whip for 2 min./speed 3.5 until stiff. Transfer the whipped cream.

Serve cocoa

Divide the cocoa among 4 mugs. Add some of the whipped cream to each mug. Garnish with 1 tbsp marshmallows (small) and 1 tbsp dark chocolate shavings and serve.
