Description

This creamy kohlrabi minced meat pan with potatoes is a hearty main course that is ready in about 45 minutes. The combination of kohlrabi, potatoes and minced meat makes it a filling and tasty meal.   • 250 g Onions
  • 40 ml Oil
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 500 g Kohlrabi
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 500 ml Vegetable stock
  • 200 g Cream
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 0.5 TL Pepper
  • 0.5 TL Nutmeg
  • 0.5 Bund Parsley, chopped

Preparation (8 steps)

Chop onions

Put 250g onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5.

Add 40g oil to the chopped 250g onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Fry meat

Fry 500g minced meat in a separate pan until crumbly and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.

Chop kohlrabi and potatoes

Peel 500g kohlrabi and 500g potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 5 sec./level 4.

Add vegetable stock

Add 500ml vegetable stock to the chopped 500g kohlrabi and 500g potatoes in the mixing bowl.

Close the mixing bowl and cook for 20 min./100°C/level 1.

Add minced meat, cream and spices

Add the fried 500g minced meat, 200g cream, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp nutmeg and 1/2 bunch of chopped parsley to the mixing bowl and stir in for 5 min./90°C/reverse rotation level 1.
