Description

A simple and delicious one-pan dish with chicken, peppers and a creamy tomato sauce.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 400 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • 250 g Cream
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 1 TL Vegetable broth powder
  • 2 EL chopped Basil (fresh or frozen)
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation (6 steps)

Fry chicken

Cut 400g chicken breast fillet into small pieces and fry vigorously in a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Chop peppers and garlic

Put 1 red bell pepper in the mixing bowl and chop for 4 sec./level 5. Transfer. Put 1 clove of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 7.

Sauté peppers and garlic

Add the chopped peppers and garlic to the fried chicken in the pan and sauté briefly.

Chop tomatoes

Put 2 tomatoes in the mixing bowl and chop for 4 sec./level 4.

Prepare sauce

Add 250g cream, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tsp vegetable broth powder and 2 tbsp chopped basil to the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./level 3.

Add sauce to the pan and simmer

Add the sauce together with the chopped tomatoes to the chicken and peppers in the pan and bring to a boil once. Season with salt and pepper.
