Description
With the Thermomix® fluffy Poffertjes succeed in no time at all. This simple recipe for Dutch mini pancakes requires milk, flour, eggs, butter and dry yeast. Preparation takes about 80 minutes, 20 minutes of which are active work, and yields 4 servings. Ideal as a sweet breakfast or dessert for the whole family.

450 g Milk

7 g Dry yeast

50 g Soft butter

300 g Flour

2 Stück Eggs

1 Pr. Salt

1 EL Sugar
Preparation (4 steps)
Mix milk and dry yeast
Add 450 g milk and 7 g dry yeast to the mixing bowl and heat for 3 min./37°C/level 1.
Add remaining ingredients and mix
Add 50 g soft butter, 300 g flour, 2 eggs, 1 pinch of salt and 1 tbsp sugar and mix for 30 sec./level 4.
Let the dough rise
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30-60 minutes.
Bake poffertjes
Heat a special Poffertjes pan or a normal pan with some butter. Add small portions of dough and bake until golden brown on both sides.
