Description

These stuffed sweet peppers are a real eye-catcher and taste simply delicious! The combination of creamy feta, cream cheese, cottage cheese and sun-dried tomatoes is a Mediterranean dream. I especially like to make them in the summer when the peppers are nice and juicy. The preparation is super easy and quick, so you have more time to enjoy the summer. Perfect as a light main course or as a colorful side dish for grilling. If you like it a little spicier, you can add a pinch of chili. A vegetarian dish that is guaranteed to please everyone!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 500 g Sweet peppers
  • 100 g Feta
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 100 g Cottage cheese
  • 100 g dried Tomatoes
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare peppers

Wash 500 g sweet peppers, cut off the stalk and remove the seeds. The peppers should be clean and empty inside so that they can be filled well.

Chop garlic

Peel 1 clove of garlic and put it in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Prepare filling

20 sec/Speed 3

Put 100 g feta, 200 g cream cheese, 100 g cottage cheese and 100 g diced dried tomatoes into the mixing bowl. Season with pepper and salt and stir for 20 sec./speed 3.

Fill peppers

Evenly fill the prepared filling into the sweet peppers. Make sure the peppers are well filled.

Fry peppers

Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a pan and briefly fry the stuffed peppers from all sides until they are lightly colored. The peppers should still be crisp.
