Description

This dish of poultry with lemon and mushrooms is a light and tasty delight, perfect for a family meal. Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 500 g Paris mushrooms
  • 10 piece White onions
  • 4 piece Chicken thighs
  • 3 c. à soupe Fresh cream with 3% fat
  • 2 piece Lemons
  • 2 c. à soupe Herbs of provence
  • 1 c. à soupe Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Preparation (3 steps)

Preparation of the poultry thighs

Brown the 4 poultry thighs in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for about 10 minutes over high heat. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of herbs from Provence. Cut a lemon into 4 and rinse the Paris mushrooms.

Adding the ingredients in the Thermomix

When the poultry thighs begin to brown, place them in the Thermomix bowl. Add the juice of 1 fresh lemon, 3 tablespoons of fresh cream with 3% fat, 10 small white onions, the lemon wedges and 500g of Paris mushrooms.

Cooking the poultry

Thermomix® Setting
212°F/Speed 1/20 min 100

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water if needed. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Set the Thermomix to 100°C/Stufe 1/20 Min.
