Description

This creamy chicken with tender corn is a dish that I often prepare at home. It is very easy to make and everyone always likes it, even the little ones! The combination of juicy chicken with creamy sauce and the sweetness of the corn is simply delicious. Best of all, it is prepared in a short time, ideal for those days when you do not have much time to cook. You can serve it with white rice, mashed potatoes or even some green plantain fritters. It is a very versatile and comforting dish!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 6 pieza Boneless Chicken breasts
  • 4 cucharadas soperas Butter
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk
  • 1 can Corn
  • 2 hojas Bay Leaf
  • 1 pieza Salt
  • 1 pieza Pepper

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare the chicken

Cut the boneless chicken breasts into cubes of approximately 2 cm. Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper to taste.

Sauté the chicken

In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and sauté until golden brown on all sides. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

Prepare the creamy sauce

Thermomix® Setting
10 min/194°F/Giro inverso/Velocidad cuchara 90 Reverse

Pour the evaporated milk into the Thermomix bowl. Add the bay leaves and the previously sautéed chicken. Program 10 Min./90°C/Reverse rotation/Spoon speed.

Add the corn

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/194°F/Giro inverso/Velocidad cuchara 90 Reverse

Add the corn to the Thermomix bowl. Program 5 Min./90°C/Reverse rotation/Spoon speed.

Serve

Serve the creamy chicken with hot corn. Accompany with white rice, mashed potatoes or green plantain fritters to taste.
