Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 1 pack cereals
  • 4 piece chicken fillets
  • 1 piece egg
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 c. à c. dried garlic
  • 1 c. à c. paprika
  • 1 c. à c. milk
  • Frying oil
  • Salt or fine salt
  • Pepper
  • Ketchup

Preparation (11 steps)

Chicken preparation

Cut the chicken fillets into large cubes and place them in a bowl.

Chicken seasoning

Add 1 tsp. of dried garlic and 1 tsp. of paprika to the chicken cubes in the bowl.

Mixing the spices

Mix the chicken cubes well with the spices so that they are evenly coated.

Preparation of seasoned flour

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

In the Thermomix bowl, mix 100 g of flour with salt and pepper. Set 10 Sec./Stufe 3 to mix.

Cereal preparation

Lightly crush a packet of cereals in a freezer bag or with a rolling pin. Pour the crushed cereals onto a plate.

Preparation of the beaten egg

In a plate, whisk 1 egg with 1 tsp. of milk using a whisk.

Chicken coating: Flour

Roll the chicken cubes in the seasoned flour, making sure to cover them well.

Then roll the flour-coated chicken cubes in the beaten egg.

Chicken coating: Cereals

Finally, coat the beaten egg chicken cubes with the crushed cereals, pressing lightly so that they adhere well.

Chicken cooking

Heat the frying oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the coated chicken cubes and fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Turn them regularly for even cooking.

Draining and serving

Drain the chicken cubes on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot with a salad and ketchup.
