Description

Dieses cremige Hähnchengericht ist ein echter Gaumenschmaus und super einfach zuzubereiten! Die Kombination aus zartem Hähnchen und der sämigen Soße mit Zwiebeln und saurer Sahne ist einfach unwiderstehlich. Ich mache es gerne, wenn es schnell gehen muss, aber trotzdem etwas Besonderes auf den Tisch kommen soll. Die Zubereitung im Thermomix® macht es noch einfacher, da die Soße perfekt gelingt. Serviert mit Reis oder Kartoffeln ist es ein ideales Gericht für die ganze Familie. Probiert es aus, ihr werdet begeistert sein!

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 piece skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 0.5 cup white wine
  • 0.5 cup chopped white onion
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Sauté onions

Thermomix® Setting

Add ½ cup chopped white onion to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Add 1 tablespoon butter and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add wine and cook chicken

Place 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves in a skillet. Pour ½ cup white wine into the skillet. Cook over medium heat until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 25 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Remove chicken from the skillet to a serving platter.

Add sour cream and seasoning

Add 1 cup sour cream to the mixing bowl; stir until smooth for 20 sec./speed 3. Season the mixture with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Pour sauce over chicken

Pour the sour cream sauce over the chicken on the serving platter. Serve immediately.
